How Proof Pudding supports brain health with Milk Fat Globule Membrane (MFGM).

MFGM is uniquely found in milk. It is a complex nutrient enriched in breast milk that promotes neurodevelopment in infants. It is also found in cow's milk, although at low concentrations. Fractionation of cow's milk to make whey protein isolate (WPI) results in a co-product enriched in MFGM. This co-product, called the Whey Protein Phospholipid Concentrate (or WPPC), is what we add to Proof Pudding to provide enriched MFGM.

Studies in rodents and humans across the lifespan have indicated that MFGM offers numerous health benefits, including:

  • Reduced behavioral problems, reduced diarrhea, and higher cognitive and social-emotional scores in infants

  • Improved stress resilience, sleep quality, memory, muscle strength, and physical performance in adulthood and late-life
